Blood Paths

Blood paths are a character's genetic and cultural inheritance. Note that a character can have mixed blood by taking two or more blood paths cards. Alternatively a character may choose one card and simply state they have mixed blood. This implies that the character strongly takes after one side of their parentage and gains no direct benefit from being mixed blood.


Childhood paths are those early years of life when a character is a victim of fate with no control over their lives. How and where a character grew up will go a long way to shape their lives.


Breaking free of their family, the adult (or at least juvenile) character can learn a trade.


Whilst some people move from one career to another, others stay within one field and specialise.
