Open Business
6d6 is about being open. Open to new writers, open to new ideas, open to everyone regardless of who they are and what their background is.
This openness extends to how we run our business. We are open about our sales and costs. We are open about how much money our writers are earning. We are open about how much money the business is making or losing.
We are open to anyone getting involved in our business. Our business meetings are held in public and anyone can come along and take part.
2012: The Year We Make A Profit
2012: The Year We Make A Profit is our mission to make 6d6 a self-supporting business that its founder Tregenza can work full time on the project.
Big Rethink
April / May 2012 - It is apparent that we will not reach our 2012 goal with our current growth rate. Though we have hit our targets from January through to April, it is clear that by June or July we will be falling behind.
The Big Rethink is a cold-hearted examination of our stratergy and a refocusing of efforts on those activities and products that make 6d6 the more profit.
