This creature has multiple independent heads, allowing it to bite with several heads at once or keep watch in all directions.
Close with the enemy and attack. Make a movement, no more than MR 3, and make a melee attack.
An aimed blow at the victim's soft-underbelly (or other weak spot). Explode sixes on the dice in actions using this advantage.

Move when someone moves away from you but your movement must decrease the range.
